He will be covering, “Border Surveillance — Intelligent Threat Detection and Response.” His talk will be part of the State-of-the-Science in Border Surveillance Technologies.

The conference will stress needs, initiatives, challenges and capabilities of border management. Co-sponsored by the National Military Intelligence Association, The American Institute of Engineers and the Naval Aviation Foundation, the conference will address a variety of issues, including: emerging government needs and initiatives; technical challenges and capabilities; smart border systems and technologies; and emerging border security technologies.
