Diversity of service offerings, exceptional client support, and a fresh view of marketing on the web allows new firm hopes to serve wide range of businesses.

Thrive Marketing Group, a newly launched e-marketing firm, is looking to offer companies something different: a wide range of marketing options for the internet and beyond combined with a brand of client support virtually unheard of in business today.

Attempting online marketing alone can mean navigating treacherous waters for the internet business novice. An entirely new dialect has arisen complete with acronyms and freshly coined terms that are utter nonsense to the unfamiliar ear, not to mention that scams abound on the web. Thrive hopes to maintain an air of approachability for those individuals who are seeking to gain an understanding of what the web can do for them and their companies. Thrive founder Rob Bellenfant also desires to win those clients who are established and successful, but are looking to take their marketing to the next level. Bellenfant conceived the ideas for Thrive as the owner of, an email marketing company.

"With Ad-Site, I constantly encountered two types of clients: those who knew very little about email marketing, or any online marketing for that matter, and well-established, successful clients who came to me for counsel. In many cases, I had to send both elsewhere because we were not equipped to help them with certain marketing needs at the time. It was extremely frustrating - knowing and advising a client on how to improve online marketing efforts, but not being able to do it all for him or her. That is where the ideas for Thrive came from," he said.

In order to accomplish this, he has assembled a marketing team each of whom specialize in several key areas. This allows a high level of expertise, while maintaining a smaller company size, which enhances the client support aspect - the goal being little to no hold times, virtually instantaneous call back when a message is left, and always reaching a knowledgeable marketing professional rather than a "gate keeper" or "sales rep".

These may seem like lofty goals but became hall marks of Ad-Site under Bellenfant. Thrive team members believe this will carry over as they transition to their new brand identity. "We know our strengths," says Erich Mecherle, Director of Business Development for Thrive, "and we have a great group here. Our specialists in email marketing, graphic design, and copywriters are world class. For other areas such as search engine optimization and press release distribution we have partnered with two of the best companies in those industries. We've done the legwork to find them, and we want to bring the best in each marketing elements to our clients. The model for customer service is in place from Ad-Site and we know how to maintain it."

All of this will add up to a client experience unlike any other. Despite an abundance of companies offering various marketing services online, Thrive appears to have a unique approach. Time will tell if it sets them apart from the competition.
