The new website went live this week following user research and feedback from shoppers and features improved content, an updated design, and improved navigation that aims to enhance usability and the ability to quickly find products on the site.
Following the successful launch of loans and current account comparison in 2012, many new products have been introduced including travel insurance comparison; broadband, digital TV and home phone comparison; income protection and life insurance. Further to this, the addition of a mortgage comparison service in partnership with established partner lovemoney is scheduled to be launched in the coming month.
In a recent survey of shoppers, over 90% of those surveyed reported that they found it quick and easy to use. It is hoped that these recent developments will improve this rating even further.
