ADP and PreVisor co-sponsor national education series by selection and staffing industry experts

Human Resources professionals will learn about the dramatic ROI being realized by organizations using best practices for optimizing recruitment and staffing processes at the Talent Management Executive Forums co-sponsored by ADP and PreVisor. The next event will be held 18 June, at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Bethesda, MD (tmeforum.com).

ADP and PreVisor created this compelling program. Presenters include industry expert Dr. Jeff Facteau, Director of Consulting and Optimization Services for PreVisor; Jeff Walker, Pre-employment Services Team Leader at ADP; and Stacy Hodge, Sr. Manager Recruiting Services, Ryder Systems, Inc., who is a best practice champion responsible for all operational areas of the Recruiting Department including compliance, training, reporting, metrics and pre-employment services.

The interactive sessions are as follows:
A Logistical Hiring Nightmare - Solved. Ryder's Story. - Stacy Hodge, Ryder
A $24 Million Impact from Assessments? How did they do it? - Dr. Jeff Facteau, PreVisor
The One Stop Shop - Yes, There Really is One. And it Works. - Jeff Walker, ADP

Attendees will also be able to network with peers from other organizations already registered, such as Balducci's, Crestline Hotels, Hewitt Associates, Marriott Hotels, the Peace Corps, U.S. Office of Personnel Management, U.S. Postal Service, and U.S. Treasury Department. This program has been approved for 2.25 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.

The first 2009 TME forum was held in March in Atlanta. A standing room only crowd of senior level talent managers from a wide range of companies and industries engaged with presenters and each other in lively discussions around solving current staffing issues.

One attendee stated, "The Talent Management Executive Forum was more informative than I anticipated. The data shared was real and relevant to what we are going through ourselves, and gave me a number of ideas I can work to implement for improvement. I highly recommend this event to anyone who is involved in the world of recruiting and selection."
