Today in America TV joins the rest of the nation in taking part of National Health Week by launching a new series about nutritional advancements. Americans are becoming obese and it is taking its toll. People are more tired, becoming sicker with preventable diseases like diabetes and doing little to nothing about it. The good news is that there are more choices for better nutrition available today than there were 10 years ago. Informed consumers will be better at choosing better foods to put on the dinner table. The award winning program will focus on new concepts and breakthroughs in the nutrition industry.

Terry Bradshaw, the show host, is a popular and beloved sports celebrity. A former professional football player, Bradshaw called his own plays during his 14 year career with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He led his team to four Super Bowl wins and was inducted into the Hall of Fame. He retired in 1984 after suffering an elbow injury. After retirement, he immediately went to work as a co-host on many sports shows. Currently, he can be seen on Fox NFL Sunday as an analyst.
