Safer® Brand launches the Grow 'em and SHOW 'EM photo contest. Gardeners can submit photos of home-grown tomatoes with the Safer Brand Product used to keep their plants healthy and bountiful. Prizes will be awarded to the contestants with the most votes. Visitors to Saferbrand.com can vote daily for their favorite photos.

Is there anything better than homegrown tomatoes fresh out of the garden? Safer® Brand understands gardeners’ love affair with summer’s most prized fruit, and to prove it, the company has launched its Grow 'em & SHOW 'EM photo contest . The contest is open to all gardeners, and prizes total $725:

  •     1st place - $300 American Express gift card
  •     2nd place - $200 American Express gift card
  •     3rd place - $100 American Express gift card
  •     5 runners-up - $25 Saferbrand.com coupon

To have a chance at winning, gardeners simply submit a photo of their own homegrown tomatoes that includes the Safer Brand products that helped those tomatoes perfectly ripen. Entries will be accepted from July 8, 2010, through August 30, 2010.

Starting on July 22, 2010, it’s time for contestants to encourage friends, family members, fellow gardeners and fans of homegrown tomatoes to visit SaferBrand.com to view all entrants’ photos and vote daily for their favorites. Voting will continue on SaferBrand.com through September 10, 2010, and the winners will be determined by the number of votes.

During the contest period, the Safer Brand Facebook page will also showcase entrants’ photos, post vote leaders and encourage fans to go to SaferBrand.com to vote. Facebook fans can support the contest by selecting http://www.facebook.com/saferbrand as a page they “like.”
