In a interview conducted in the spark360 virtual studio, Jeary tells host/managing editor Renay San Miguel that Strategic Acceleration was born from the frustrations that come with navigating companies through a 21st-century media landscape that can find executives swamped with data overload. "Now we're going like this - fast, fast, fast, fast. And if you're not really clear, it's not going to work," Jeary says. "How do you make good decisions? A big piece of it is getting clear, and I have processes that I've developed that can help people get clear at the top - whether it be the top guy or the executive management team - and then cascading it all the way through an organization."
