Arthur F. Licata is a Boston, Massachusetts, attorney concentrating in personal injury law, federal and state litigation, and international law. Mr. Licata earned his J.D., with honors, from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts, 1976. Mr. Licata has been admitted to the bar in Massachusetts, New York, and the U.S. District Court District of Massachusetts. In 1996, in a case of first impression, he won a landmark decision before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court; Tobin v. Norwood Country Club. The court held that commercial liquor establishments can be liable for the indirect serving of alcohol to minors through adult purchasers.

Mr. Licata is listed in 2009 thru 2013 editions of “Who's Who in American Law”, “Who's Who in America”, and “Who's Who in the World”.
