Daniel Murdock, Ben Greenberg, and Leann Gerlach join Teague Campbell starting September 4th, 2012

Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, LLP (TCDG) is proud to welcome three new associates starting Tuesday, September 4th. Each of the new associates were apart of Teague Campbell’s Summer Associate Program for law students who have completed their first two years of school.

Dan Murdock earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration at Wake Forest University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Political Science from the University of Washington. While in law school Dan co-authored a book chapter on American employers’ liability and workers’ compensation law and presented his research at an international conference in Vienna, Austria.

Ben Greenberg graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Campbell Law School, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Ben competed in the American Bar Association’s Client Counseling Competition. He and his partner were national semifinalists after winning their regional competition.

Leann Gerlach graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in both Business Administration and Spanish. She was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society for Business Students and the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Subsequently, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, graduating with honors. While in law school, Leann served as both a staff writer and Contributing Editor of the North Carolina Law Review. Her article, “Section 64-26 and the Push for Mandatory E-Verification in North Carolina: The Adverse Consequences of the System in the Absence of Comprehensive Reform,” was published in Vol. 91, Issue 1 of the Law Review. After receiving the Gressman-Pollitt Award for Oral Advocacy during her first year, she was selected to serve as an Honors Writing Scholar. In addition to her academic achievements, Leann co-founded the Consumer & Commercial Law Society, which aimed to strengthen the focus on consumer protection and commercial law at UNC while connecting students with meaningful pro bono activities and related career opportunities.
