Millennium Search, an executive search firm specializing in recruiting for technology startups and established companies, has brought on a new member to its team. Dan Rogers of Charlotte will serve as the digital media strategist for Millennium Search.

Rogers is a web marketing professional with foundations and experience in web analytics, search engine optimization and data-driven web marketing. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in economics, Rogers has spent the past few years managing web marketing initiatives for organizations both large and small.

He joins the organization from Red Ventures, a high tech marketing firm in the Charlotte area. While at Red Ventures, Rogers learned how to work within a large company, which will serve him well as he transitions to Millennium Search.
