“At Wabansia Row, there’s plenty of room to grow into your home and remain for a very long time. It’s the perfect option for people who want a low-maintenance lifestyle in a great neighborhood with all the features and square footage of a single-family home,” said Lisa Madonia of @properties, who is co-marketing the development.

The latest data from BrokerMetrics® and Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC shows Bucktown’s median sales price has climbed steadily for four straight months and is up 1.5 percent from May 2009 to May 2010.

“Bucktown is as hot as it’s ever been. It’s got a great vibe that you just don’t find anywhere else in the city. The combination of upscale living along with the boutiques, restaurants, bars and arts scene is very unique. And Wabansia itself is a great street. Within the past few years, the city has built a new public library and a new park on the street,” said Tony Madonia.

Bucktown is also one of the most convenient city neighborhoods in terms of transportation, with access to the Loop and O’Hare via the CTA Blue Line ‘L and Interstate 90/94, and access to the north and northwest suburbs via the Metra.

Wabansia Row is open Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and by appointment. The development features a decorated model.
