Beginning June 1st, the service department will extend its Monday through Friday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. – two additional hours, 5 days per week. “We decided on the new, later time, due to increased demand and our interest in providing the best customer service to our clients,” said Dana Marazzito, General Manager of Toyota 101.
The service department is also adding 2 new service writers; plus 2 more service technicians, Marazzito explained. “It will also serve to compliment and assist with the very successful and on-going Service Clinic.
We take service to the next level by providing our customers guidance beyond the simple diagrams and descriptions found in the new car manual. We show our customers exactly what we do and what they can do to maintain their vehicles.
Toyota 101’s special service clinic is available to customers who purchase new and certified pre-owned Toyota vehicles from their Redwood City Toyota dealership. The event is also open to existing customers who might want a refresher on maintaining their Toyota vehicles.
“Our special New Owner event teaches new Toyota owners a wide range of valuable information on service, parts, and maintenance,” explained Dana Marazzito, General Manager of Toyota 101. “We take service to the next level by providing our customers guidance beyond the simple diagrams and descriptions found in the new car manual. Our service manager and service technicians show our customers exactly what we do and what they can do to maintain their vehicles. They not only give tips, but plenty of how-to advice, too.”
Each New Owner event includes a tour of the Parts and Service Department and classes on maintenance timetables and checkpoints, including oil change, filters, tire changes, and belts. Each approximately two-hour class allows ample time for questions, discussions, and live demonstrations.
“It’s fun and it’s free,” said Marazzito. “We also provide food and beverages for those who attend.”
