TPC Training Systems has updated its course Electrical Safety and Protection (205.1) to include a lesson about the National Electrical Code. NEC is the recognized standard for electrical installations and maintenance.

Adopted in all 50 states, the National Electrical Code provides guidelines that safeguard electricians and property against hazards associated when working with electricity. When used in conjunction with local electrical codes, NEC offers the information necessary to safely install and maintain a variety of electrical systems.

“Updating Electrical Safety and Protection to include information on the latest trade standards is part of TPC Training’s ongoing commitment to improve our product,” said Andrew Kauser, President, TPC Training Systems. “Workers will be better able to apply safe installation standards after completing the new course.”
