Joe Rempson, T.R. Lawing Realty property manager and office manager was named a permanent instructor by the N.C. Association of Realtors® for its Realtors® Institute during meetings in Raleigh earlier this month.

Rempson joined T.R. Lawing Realty in 1998. Consistently, he is one of the most productive property managers in the firm in respect to the number of new accounts and re-rented units, low turnover among those he supervises, high satisfaction of his clients, networking and professional growth.

Rempson continues a tradition of top property managers at T. R. Lawing teaching Realtors from across North Carolina about property management. Bob Lawing taught in The Graduate Realtors® Institute (GRI) program for more than 20 years.

GRI is the most widely-recognized professional designation in the real estate industry. It provides practical real estate training to the residential real estate market. North Carolina was the first such program in the nation and continues to be one of the highest ranked programs of its kind among the 50 state associations. Course materials are continually updated to keep up with current market conditions and trends in real estate, including sales, rentals, and property management.

T.R. Lawing Realty is a full service property management company, based in Charlotte, N.C., serving Mecklenburg and the surrounding counties. For 50 years, T.R. Lawing has specialized in managing and leasing rental homes in Charlotte and beyond. The company serves individual owners and renters from its T.R. Lawing Charlotte, N.C. office as well as its T.R.
