We caught up with Operations Manger Dan Jones to see what he had to say. ‘Since we first started in 2002 we were one of a handful of companies doing luxury supercar driving experiences, now 10 years later we have seen a whole host of similar companies cropping up so the customer now has more and more options to look through when purchasing say a Lamborghini driving experience and with "deal of the day" websites such as Group on and Wowcher we are having to be more and more competitive with prices.’
So how does trakdays stay on top of such a fierce market for so long, this is what Mark Rusted Marketing Manger believes keeps them one step ahead of the competition. ‘ Where we differ from our competitors is on how we market our products, our website is designed with the customer in mind so navigating it is made easy as possible for all ages, we also have a dedicated team who’s fundamental job is to make sure we are on top of the search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing. If a customer is searching for a Ferrari Driving experience our aim is to be the first option they see.’ Sales Manger Imran Malek also iterated the ‘importance of having the right products at the right prices with the instability of the economic climate’ and ‘ we are top for a reason and aim to remain there and cant wait to see what the next ten years have in store.’
