Under this new service, all customers receive a pre-delivery telephone call, on the day of shipping, to let them know their item is on its way and any delivery procedures they need to be aware of. Should the customer have any issues or concerns about their delivery, there will then be enough time to delay delivery or make any changes necessary.

Providing excellent customer service has always been a top priority for TradePlumbing. They recently partnered with Trustpilot, one of the largest and most trusted sources for customer reviews and have scored a highly impressive Trustscore of 9.8 out of ten for all reviews received to date.

Coming top of the list of praise is the quality of communication between TradePlumbing customer service operatives and customers.
