The new team members have taken up the roles of Accounts Administrator and Sales and Customer Services Advisor.
The new Accounts Administrator will work on a part-time basis and will be a valued member of the administration back-team that keep TradePlumbing functioning like a well-oiled wheel.
The recent and continuing growth in sales of shower enclosures, and other products, has put added pressure on the current Sales and Customer Services team, so the new team member was gratefully received. And to ensure that the high standards of service, that TradePlumbing prides itself on, are maintained he has already been put to work on the busy telephone lines, assisting customers with their sales enquiries.
Firstly, however, he undertook a week of intensive in-house training, where the core values and structure of TradePlumbing were taken on board. This was followed by expert instruction on selling techniques and customer care.
TradePlumbing Sales and Customer Manager, Rob Nezard, who oversees in-house Sales and Customer Services training, says "Our new team member has been welcomed with open arms by the team. An increase in our phoneline activity has put our team under added pressure, especially in the last six months, so an extra member has made a big difference already. Our new employee has already proven his value by being on track to meet his first set of targets and gaining positive feedback from our customers, which in our book is the most important thing."
