Trango Systems, also widely known as Trango Broadband Wireless, leading global developer of high-capacity licensed and unlicensed fixed wireless microwave communication systems, today announced the unveiling of a new corporate logo. The new insignia also effectively renames the company back to its original incorporated name of "Trango Systems" and eliminates the previous name "Trango Broadband Wireless" under which the company has been doing business as since launching its broadband wireless internet access equipment, 7 years ago in 2001.
Launching the new identity follows in step with the company's strategic shift of 2007 to build upon more than a decade of experience of microwave wireless engineering and to expand its product offerings to include licensed microwave point-to-point networking equipment. This tactical move was made to answer the growing demand for large-capacity and long-range bandwidth needed by fixed, mobile, and broadband operators. Trango's latest licensed wireless product lines offer high-capacity full duplex symmetrical transport bandwidth, up to 730+ megabits per second, for a wide range of broadband and telecommunications applications including carrier Ethernet, 2G/3G/4G mobile backhaul, WiMAX backhaul, Internet service provider (ISP) solutions, broadcast, enterprise wireless extensions, municipal and government wireless connectivity, including leased line DS1/DS3/OC-3 replacement, and video surveillance for Homeland Security and public safety.
