Transcosmos inc. This is the fourth consecutive selection since transcosmos’ first in 2010.

The purpose of the Global Outsourcing 100 and the World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors is to identify the top outsourcing advisor and advisors in the world. This ranking is determined by an independent panel formed by the IAOP which stringently evaluates each company’s entry.

In an effort to move on cost reductions, transcosmos has also expanded its BPO operations in China. Not only has transcosmos inherited equity interest from Kokuyo Co., Ltd. of Kokuyo Store Creation Commerce Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Dalian Brancha subsidiary that develops BPO operations in China, but Kokuyo Group has also transferred management of its back-office operations, such as HR, general affairs and accounting to transcosmos. Due to such efforts, Kokuyo Group has been able to increase management efficiency and production capacity..

Further, in order to strengthen service in the English and European language regions transcosmos has undertaken operational and capital tie-ups with a general interactive agency, Geary LSF Group, which has offices in the United States and Europe. transcosmos is cooperating to offer digital marketing services to clients entering the English and European language markets.
