It has been chosen for the third year in a row, following selections in 2010 and 2011.

These rankings are the result of selections made through stringent evaluation of each company’s entry by an independent panel of judges organized by the IAOP.

Within the IT outsourcing industry where needs become more diversified and sophisticated every year, transcosmos has developed and provided a wide range of services to satisfy the needs of our client companies by quickly picking up on market trends. We believe that our selection for the “Global Outsourcing 100” is based on an evaluation of these actual achievements.
To begin with, in terms of services that contribute to the expansion of sales, in addition to call center services in China we are also developing China EC support services, being certified as a partner of the EC giant Taobao (Chinese: 淘宝網). Furthermore, in Korea we are smoothly expanding our scope of operations, including the establishment of our seventh call center in November 2011, and we are also contributing to business CRM together with digital marketing services, thereby securing a position as the number one independent outsourcing company.
On the other hand, in terms of services that achieve cost reductions for businesses, we are developing BPO services coordinated between operation centers in Japan and China. We are currently providing services such as accounting, finance, human resources, purchasing and back-office operations at four centers in Suzhou, Dalian, Shanghai and Benxi, having thus far contributed to cost reductions ranging from 30 to 50%.
Additionally in 2011, we formed an alliance with the American firm Wildfire Interactive Inc., which offers a social media marketing platform, and began providing total support for promotions and campaigns utilizing social media such as Facebook and Twitter. This service is not limited to Japanese alone, but accommodates multiple languages, including English and other languages spoken in Asian countries. Also, in order to enhance BPO and call center operations for countries where English and European languages are spoken, we have formed a business and capital alliance with the British BPO company Merlin Information Systems Group Limited, with the goals of acquiring call center operation know-how in Western countries and enhancing services in countries where English and European languages are spoken.
