transcosmos inc. now offers insurance diagnosis and premium quotation services via LINE and Facebook Messenger, leveraging chat-bot auto-reply, for LIFENET INSURANCE COMPANY (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President: Daisuke Iwase; hereafter, LIFENET INSURANCE).

As the first among the insurance companies, LIFENET INSURANCE launched “Insurance Counseling” service, a service through which insurance planners provide support for the customers to select the optimum insurance policy on LINE, in July 2016. Since its launch, the service has won more customers than the company’s expectation.

Now, to improve customer convenience of the highly popular service, transcosmos delivers LIFENET INSURANCE new services including “HOKEN Diagnosis (insurance diagnosis)” which identifies the best-fit policy type for each customer in about a minute on LINE and “Premium Quotation” which calculates the estimated premium cost simply by entering date of birth, gender and an insurance product. For users who don’t use LINE, the services are available also on Facebook Messenger.
