“Loyalty Targeting" Increases Loyal Customers (Repeat Customers) Contributes to Sales Maximization for E-Commerce Websites

This new feature works for E-Commerce websites as a new tool to contribute to maximizing sales.

(Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and COO: Masataka Okuda; TSE First Section: 9715; hereafter, transcosmos) is to launch "Loyal Targeting," a new feature to be introduced with the upgraded version of an advertising delivery platform "Deqwas.DSP" by Kyocera Communications Systems Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kyoto, Japan; President: Setsuo Sasaki; hereafter, KCCS), for which transcosmos is the distributor.

"Deqwas.DSP" is an advertising delivery platform which offers various types of advertisement to accommodate the advertisers' needs and goals. Its two main features are the following: "Recommend Banner Ad," which personalizes ads according to each user's likes and interests, and "Audience Expansion," which extracts potential customers and lead them to the advertisers' websites. transcosmos started distributing "Deqwas.DSP" in October 2012 and was a exclusive distributor until June 2013.

The new feature "Loyal Targeting" is a feature developed by KCCS based on the account operations and tested results of "Deqwas.DSP." By using data of past visitors, it enables extraction of visitors which may purchase items. It also stimulates these visitors' subconscious needs by offering information they may highly be interested in. This leads to more purchasing of visitors (called Loyal Customers). transcosmos will also offer another added feature called "Loyal Targeting Expansion" at the same time, which offers new customers with information of Loyal Customers who have similar visiting behaviors.
