New York, New York (PRWEB) December 14, 2013
As transvaginal mesh lawsuits (http://www.vaginalmeshlawsuit2015.com/) continue to move forward in courts around the country, Bernstein Liebhard LLP notes that a new Pretrial Order has been issued in the federal proceeding established in U.S. District Court, Southern District of West Virginia, for claims pending against Boston Scientific Corp. According to the December 11th Order, the Court has denied a Motion to Stay Enforcement of Plaintiffs’ Subpoena filed on behalf of a biomedical materials supplier to Boston Scientific. The Order further directs the company in question to produce the majority of documents sought by plaintiffs no later than January 10, 2014. Any responsive documents located thereafter shall be supplied to Plaintiffs no later than January 20, 2014.
