Payments Executive Joins TranZfinity's Board of Directors

TranZfinity, the leading enabler of trusted transaction solutions, announced today the appointment of Bud Waller to its Board of Directors. Mr. Waller currently is an Executive Vice President for VeriFone, Inc., where he has served in a variety of executive leadership positions since 1986, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Petroleum and Convenience Store Division.

TranZfinity, the leading enabler of trusted transaction solutions, announced today the appointment of Bud Waller to its Board of Directors. Mr. Waller currently is an Executive Vice President for VeriFone, Inc., where he has served in a variety of executive leadership positions since 1986, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Petroleum and Convenience Store Division. Prior to VeriFone, Mr. Waller worked for 11 years at General Electric Company. He holds an M.B.A. from Syracuse University.

The announcement comes to fortify an already strong team of payments and secure transactions executives. "We are extremely pleased to have Bud Waller join our Board. Bud has been in the payments industry for over 25 years, and brings extensive experience in management, business unit growth and new market development", says Jesse Adams, TranZfinity's COO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to guiding TranZfinity's executive team Mr. Adams held a variety of positions at VeriFone as its EVP and Vice Chairman through a successful IPO, where he partnered with many top fortune 100 company executives in the Financial, Information Technology, Services and Retail markets.

Felix Marx, SCM Microsystems CEO; and, Jonatan Schmidt, TranZfinity's Chief Strategist.
