Each profile has additional information on the service that is provided and about the area. Bars in Iceland can be viewed in a similar manner.
Various tips and facts about Iceland can be viewed in six different groups of interest: Culture, weather, shopping, food, general and off course night life. Interesting events are also stored on the web site such as live music, icelandic holidays and more. The Rotten Shark section stores articles from users and friends of www.survivingiceland.com, a versatile group of people from many different countries and each have their own opinion on traveling, living and being in Iceland.
Users can sign up to the Surviving Iceland community and when they are signed in they can give references to Camping sites, Hostels and Bars, Chat with fellow travelers and/or locals on a discussion board and send direct messages to each other.
