Winchester, VA (PRWEB) March 28, 2011
TreatmentDiaries (http://www.treatmentdiaries.com) announces its commitment to the March of Dimes in partnership with Jim Stutzman Chevrolet-Cadillac to support this year's local walk in Winchester, VA on May 14th 2011. Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. Team Treatment Diaries is walking in March for Babies because they want to do something about this.
"This mission is one we can get behind given our focus on connecting those who live with or care for those with chronic illnesses. We are delighted to form our team to raise awareness and funds for such a tremendous organization" said Amy Ohm, Founder of TreatmentDiaries.com. Joining forces with Jim Stutzman Chevrolet-Cadillac is a fantastic way to grow awareness and drive local participation. Jim is the honorary chair of the event and also has first-hand experience as the father of pre-mature twins who today are thriving adults.
Treatment Diaries is working hard to promote participation locally, but also using their international reach to spread awareness of the March of Dimes focus on improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
If you can't join the team for the walk but have a passion for the cause, you can help by making a donation at http://www.marchforbabies.org/s_team_page.asp?seid=1510255. No matter if this is your first year or your 25th; you can expect the event to be fun, compelling and rewarding.
