We have received rave reviews from our users with this latest enhancement.

The latest release of Syntelic’s outbound warehouse distribution solution features new graphic visualizations as part of its truck load planning module. Graphics display vital information about a load plan such as cube volumes and axle weights to cut the time load planners need to evaluate any given load plan or make manual adjustments. Syntelic’s proprietary algorithms automatically calculate optimal loads for all outbound shipments, while giving load planners the flexibility to review any tight loads and make on-the-spot adjustments to stay within axle-weight limitations while maximizing trailer utilization.
Load planners using Syntelic can see at a glance the total cube volume for each pallet position on a trailer, making it easier to verify that load volumes are appropriately balanced across pallet positions or visualize the results of moving products between positions. A side-view graphic of the trailer displays cube volumes for right- and left-side pallet positions as a stacked bar chart.
Axle-weight tolerances for every trailer are graphically represented in a bullet graph that shows overweight axles in red, close to overweight in yellow, and OK weights in green.
"We have received rave reviews from our users with this latest enhancement," says Kip Blevins, Syntelic Solutions Corporation's Vice President of Product Solutions. "For many people, graphics can be easier to comprehend on the fly than tabular data."
Data visualizations will continue to be rolled out in future Syntelic maintenance releases.
