Wheelfire.com, a global distribution center focusing on truck rims, custom wheels and discount rims, has announced a major expansion to its sales in 2007. The company’s growth and expansion lead Wheelfire.com to grow out of its old warehouse and move to a new 20,000 square foot building. With an expert staff, Wheelfire.com is able to offer the best service while providing the best wheel and tire packages at discount prices. Wheelfire is also planning on expanding its business into new custom wheel lines including Tenzo, Enkei, Axis, and Ruff Racing.
The company’s sales team must complete several courses during the year to learn about any new fitment and new technologies in the wheel and tire market. A lot of new trucks come in new bolt pattern and high offsets, Wheelfire wants to make sure we carry the hottest new truck rims to meet the demand. “We like our sales staff to focus on the new styles and trends to help customers make the best choice whether it’s 20 inch car rims or black truck rims,” said the company’s Sales Manager Brad Ellerin.
Wheelfire has started 2008 by hiring new members to the sales staff who bring their expertise in the wheel and tire business. New members of the sales team have also been required to go through an intense training program before they are able to assist customers in wheel and tire packages.
Expanding the warehouse team was also important to keep up with the large increase in product movement, since the company has experienced a sales growth of over 200% over the last 3 years.
“The company projects a big increase for 2008 since we have acquired new brands and continue to be the authority of R1-Racing wheels,” said Brad Ellerin, Wheelfire Sales Manager. Wheelfire has also become a leader in exporting of truck rims, SUV rims, and tuner rims. It comes as no surprise that Wheelfire has continued to grow and expand their inventory of truck rims.
Ellerin also stated, "No matter how many wheel and tire packages we sell in 2008 its our customer service that will continue to lead the industry and keep Wheelfire at the top of its game.”
