Greg Reitman, founder of Blue Water Entertainment, announced 'ROOTED in PEACE' inaugural 'Tree Planting Ceremony' at Universal Peace Day's 25th Anniversary; where Blue Water Entertainment will be planting a tree with founders of Universal Peace Day. The ceremony is to take place on August 9th, 2009 at Church of St. Paul & St. Andrew, New York starting at one o'clock pm.
Blue Water Entertainment is renowned for focusing on environmentally conscious entertainment to help gain awareness of vital ecological issues; such as '2008 Sundance Audience Award-Winning feature documentary 'Fuel' & 'The Rooted in Peace Tree Planting Mission'. In response to our current global war crisis, 'The Rooted in Peace Tree Planting Mission's' objective is to plant 'trees of hope' and 'trees of peace' to reconcile religious conflicts and to send a message of world peace.

Universal Peace Day was organized to bring people around the world together and to reflect and remember the exact moment of the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. On Wednesday, August 5th, at 7:15 PM, a candle lighting ceremony will take place to recognize the exact moment of the Hiroshima bombing along with 'A Peal for Peace Bell Ceremony'.
