USC Consulting Group (USCCG) announced two new hires that will strengthen their sales and marketing efforts overall and in key vertical industries. With a 45-year track record of improving clients’ earnings by focusing on operational effectiveness, USCCG looks to expand into new and existing market segments by hiring Bill Ball, Director, Healthcare Practice and Antonio (Tony) Hill, Director of Marketing.

Bill Ball joins USCCG as Director, Healthcare Practice and is responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with major healthcare providers including hospitals, test labs, device manufacturers, and healthcare technology providers. Based in Louisville, KY, Mr. Ball most recently led Consulting Services for Sandata Technologies, LLC, where he provided home healthcare software and consulting services to Medicare and Medicaid focused agencies. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and brings with him a solid pedigree of experience from healthcare and consulting firms across the country.

Antonio Hill is an experienced Marketing professional based in USCCG’s Tampa headquarters. He serves as Director of Marketing responsible for all marketing activity including branding, lead generation, digital marketing, communications, CRM, and inside sales. Mr. Hill brings a wealth of leadership and marketing experience from organizations of all sizes including non-profits, start-ups, and Fortune 100 companies. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from Florida A&M University.
