we were looking to quantify this commitment to quality and I’m very pleased and happy that we’re now able to do that with this certification
Wilmslow, Cheshire (PRWEB UK) 25 July 2012
Since the company’s establishment in the small Cheshire town of Wilmslow in 2002, http://www.icpnetworks.co.uk has developed into one of the North West’s foremost providers of new and refurbished networking and server-room equipment by all principal manufacturers, such as Cisco Routers, Checkpoint (Nokia), Sun, Nortel, BlueCoat and HP ProCurve.
However, the certification caps an impressive 12 months for the Cheshire firm, which has turned in a record financial performance against the continuing backdrop of economic uncertainty.
Responding to the accreditation, ICP Networks Managing Director Matthew Archer commented “All of my team here appreciates that excellent customer service is the foundation stone upon which any successful business is built.”
“However, we were looking to quantify this commitment to quality and I’m very pleased and happy that we’re now able to do that with this certification.”
The ISO certification has been awarded to ICP Networks as the company has been able to demonstrate the highest standards in processes, systems, health and safety and customer service, specifically the ability to persistently and continually supply products and/or services that meet specific customer or regulatory requirements.
However, the award has also been made due to the firm’s ability to demonstrate defined objectives for achieving customer's satisfaction.
“At ICP Networks, we realise the importance of remaining flexible and responsive to the needs of our customers; product knowledge, availability and pricing are key factors when making purchasing decisions” added Mr Archer.
“So, while obviously trading conditions remain challenging out there, we have invested accordingly in internal processes, systems and additional staff to facilitate our continuing success.”
And while the certification marks an exciting new chapter for the firm, he is keen to point out that ICP Networks won’t be resting on their laurels.
“We’re working towards our next accreditation, ISO14001:2004, already and I’m confident that our customers will continue to experience the benefits of our commitment to this process over the coming months.”
