UserZoom, the leading online research software firm specializing in user experience and usability, is proud to announce they will be hosting a panel at this year’s Web 2.0 Expo at Moscone West in San Francisco, CA at 11:10 am PST March 30, 2011. The panel, Combining Research Methods to Optimize User Experience Design, will be discussing the increasing importance of user testing solutions and methods.

“[The Web 2.0 Expo] is all about unlocking the Digital Economy,” remarks UserZoom Co-CEO, Alfonso De La Nuez, “this means discovering new solutions and technologies.” When asked about what those attending could benefit from the panel, De La Nuez added, “attendees will learn what methods are out there, when to use them, and how real companies are using these tools to create solutions for their organizations…”

The availability of online usability testing tools in the marketplace has made the job of quantifying User Experience much more accessible and obtainable than in the past, though they present a variety of challenges. Helping to explore these complex issues of differing user experience research methods, Ania Rodriguez of KeyLime Interactive and Kuldeep Kelkar of Paypal will be discussing their experiences with multiple methods to provide a complete picture of user experience. UserZoom Co-CEO, Alfonso De La Nuez, and Head of Client Services, Kim Oslob, will also be on the panel.
