The combination of lower wages and high tech talent means the state continues to attract new business from cutting edge companies like Twitter, eBay and Adobe. Overall wage growth in Utah is growing though. From 2001-2009 Utah’s wages grew almost 30%. Almost a quarter of Utah companies plan to hire in the next quarter.
