Corporate Development

Utilities, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald Sudduth
to Vice President – Corporate Development. Mr.
Sudduth joined Utilities, Inc. in 2006 as Director of Business
Development. “Don has been an important member
of our Executive Team at UI and I am pleased that his contributions are
being acknowledged in this manner,” said Larry
Schumacher, President & C.E.O. of Utilities, Inc. Prior to joining UI,
Mr. Sudduth worked in the telecommunications industry in a variety of
operations, management and finance positions. He has a Bachelor’s
degree in engineering and technology from Purdue University and an
Executive MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins
College.
Utilities, Inc. was formed in 1965 to provide developers with an
alternative method to obtain water and wastewater utility service.
Today, Utilities, Inc., a portfolio company of AIG Highstar Capital,
through its approximately 90 subsidiaries, operates over 500 utility
systems in 15 states and serves over 300,000 customers.
