Brooklyn Cruiser for MoMA

We are absolutely thrilled to partner with a design icon such as the MoMA

Commuter bike company Brooklyn Cruiser has created a limited edition bike in MoMA’s signature red color coupled with Brooklyn Cruiser’s unmistakable cream-colored tires to be offered exclusively through the MoMA Stores, online (, and in the MoMA Design Store catalog beginning in February. The retail price is $580.

Brooklyn Cruiser designs vintage-inspired bikes combining the function, comfort, and style of a classic Dutch bike with the stable smooth ride of a hybrid bike. The limited edition MoMA model is outfitted with an internal three speed hub, preconditioned leather saddle and grips, cream tires, step through frame, and signature wooden crate.

“We are absolutely thrilled to partner with a design icon such as the MoMA,” said Ryan Patrick Zagata, Founder of Brooklyn Cruiser. “We’re truly honored that they have chosen our bikes to be available to their customers through their retail channels,” he added.

Brooklyn Cruiser bikes are a natural addition to the MoMA Stores as they perfectly complement the existing bike-related pieces in the Museum’s collection, which includes bicycles, bicycle wheels, bicycle racks, helmets and other bike accessories.
