Val-PM provides a software that is a user-friend web based software system that provides an overview of maintenance, easy to use reports, and future planning. The maintenance ranges from door handles to air conditioning, from baths to motors. The regular maintenance helps to provide the highest standards with hotel stays.
This program allows associates from any department record defects and have those defects sent via email or text to the responsible party. Having a central point of maintenance allows Valencia Group to record planned maintenance and alert management when an item is due for maintenance. Tracking recurring faults and removing the paper-based system will allow Valencia Group to live up to the four-diamond standards they have become accustomed.
