Valley Presbyterian Hospital Named “Best
Medical Center” Third Year in a Row
VAN NUYS, Calif. (Business Wire EON/PRWEB ) August 28, 2008 --
Valley Presbyterian Hospital (VPH) has won the “Best
Medical Center” designation for the third
consecutive year in a poll of Los Angeles Daily News readers. The
annual Readers’ Choice online survey was
conducted independently by the Los Angeles Daily News.
“This honor means that more people voted for
Valley Presbyterian Hospital than any other hospital in the Valley,”
said VPH President and Chief Executive Officer Albert L. Greene. “We
are grateful for this public approval and will continue to keep it.
Valley Pres is growing and getting better every day.”
For fifty years, Valley Pres has been the forefront in the San Fernando
Valley. They just recently dedicated the Fritz B. Burns Valley Cardiac
Cath Lab, the newest Cardiac Catheterization Lab in the Valley, and the
Bluebell Railway Playroom in their maternity floor. VPH is committed to
offering high technology in a caring environment for patients and
visitors.
The community hospital tradition of caring is another important factor
in VPH’s designation of “Best
Medical Center.” The designation of such a
prestigious award recognizes that employees in all departments are
committed to providing excellent patient care and satisfaction. “What
matters to our patients, matters to us,” said
Greene.
