New York (March 9, 2009-- VentureDirect Worldwide (VDW) today announced that it has been selected to be the agency of record for the Franchise Division of AAMCO Transmissions. The new relationship will extend the business arrangement between the companies that has previously involved listings on franchise-related, lead-generation websites. VDW will also now provide AAMCO with online marketing and prospect development, list selection and call center services.
AAMCO is the world leader in transmission service. For more than 40 years, AAMCO centers have provided diagnosis, service and maintenance of transmissions for about 25 million vehicles. Each of the 700-plus AAMCO centers are independently owned and operated.
Last month, VDW seamlessly transitioned AAMCO into its client portfolio, taking on the company's current offers and minimizing its contractual obligations. The transition took less than 15 business days to complete.
VDW has worked with AAMCO on a smaller scale for about six months. The agency has collaborated with AAMCO to promote franchise opportunities through various lead-generation websites, including http://www.LetsFranchise.com. In this process VDW tracks all leads, performs lead verification for incoming leads and adjusts the company's strategy so that it receives the best possible return on investment. In addition, VDW was the first to assist AAMCO in developing a podcast, which provided the company new and broader audiences at the international level.
Between its online and print division, VDW assists about 35 different national franchise clients and is the agency of record for three companies, also including ReBath and Padgett Business Services. AAMCO will be the agency's third largest franchise client.
