Under the contract, VIACK will provide its flagship product, VIA3 Assured Collaboration Service, which encompasses a suite of desktop communication tools including instant messaging, audio, information sharing and secure video conference software.

“Cox and VIA3 are helping the State to consolidate its voice and data needs and once the new system is complete, future decisions regarding infrastructure will be easier to make and will save Arizonans money,” says Petty.

Under the Telecommunications Carrier Services contract, VIA3 is available to all municipalities in Arizona without the need for an additional RFP process.
