With the introduction of the MTX-12P-UNV, KVMSwitchTech is bringing a simple cost effective Live Production Switcher for entry level producers. The simple and intuitive interface will allow maximum use with little learning curve, while also providing many of the standard feature set of more expensive options. This Live Video Production Switcher supports both HD and SD video formats with dual independent buses featuring HDMI, Component HD, Composite, and S-Video Inputs. The outputs can then be routed to HD or SD televisions or recording devices with a separate SD monitor for making adjustments. All of this can be achieved at a maximum resolution of 1080i output.

The KVMSwitchTech MTX-12P-UNV unit comes with 96 wipe patterns; it can also be used to display PiP images which can be arranged anywhere on the screen with the use of the joystick. Some of the great product features include:
