Ciro Costanzo, GM of Villa Castelli, recently announced the fine dining Italian restaurant is participating in the 14th annual Miami Spice. Started in 2002, Miami Spice, held by the Greater Miami Visitors and Convention Bureau (GMVCB), is a 2-month event held August and September. Villa Castelli recently won “the Best Overall” accolade at Flavors of Miami, a culinary competition featuring Miami’s best chefs and restaurants, held at the Loews Hotel, benefiting the American Liver Foundation.
“Although Miami Spice ends in September, and due to an overwhelming response, we will be extending the Miami Spice menu until the end of November 2016,” said Costanzo.
In addition to the Miami Spice menu, Villa Castelli signature dishes include Chilean sea bass, whole branzino and homemade pastas. They also offer other dishes and daily specials, including lamb, steaks, salads and desserts made from scratch daily. Villa Castelli also accommodates all dietary restrictions. “We have the best ratings on Zagat, Yelp!, TripAdvisor, and Opentable.com in Miami. We are known for our high standards, attention to detail and our dishes,” said Costanzo.
