The Villages of Apex has earned three awards for its homes for sale entered in the 2010 Annual Parade of Homes, the premier showcase of the Triangle’s finest homebuilders and real estate. ExperienceOne Homes won a Silver award in the $225,606 – 239,999 price range for the King Charles - Federal. In addition, ExperienceOne Homes received two Special Features awards: the King Charles - Federal was honored in the category of Third Floor Bonus Room, and the Sumter - Country Lodge won for Exterior Design.
The 45th Annual Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh and Wake County, held its Award Gala on October 12 at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh. Over 450 builders and guests attended the event.
Parade homes for sale will be open for their final weekend, Oct. 15-17 from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Along with the two award-winning homes, The Villages of Apex is also featuring the Garrett built by HHHunt Homes, three additional professionally decorated models, and a number of inventory homes for sale.
The Parade of Homes offers homebuyers an opportunity to see all the progress and new amenities added to The Villages of Apex in recent months, including the new 4,700 square foot community center and pool, and the construction underway on the Apex Peakway extension that will increase accessibility to the development.
