Launched just 11 months ago, Internet startup Butterfly Reports has announced that it has surpassed the 25,000 member mark. is the first online "Report marketplace" that connects free e-report publishers with website owners in demand of quality content they can give away to their visitors. Using Butterfly Report's built-in link branding system, site owners can automatically insert their own links into each report to generate revenue.

Co-creator, Rod Beckwith says, "Website owners are finally beginning to discover the power of free reports to generate easy passive revenue streams. They no longer have to get visitors to their sites to generate revenue. Reports spread virally from an initial contact list to thousands on autopilot."

The growth of Butterfly Reports is transforming the Web's landscape. Sites in a wide-range of markets around the Web are beginning to focus on distributing their content in PDF report format.

E-reports give site owners a new way to monetize their sites. This is then an incentive to provide unique quality content not found elsewhere, which provides a better web browsing experience to consumers.

Currently, Butterfly Reports has over 250 reports with many active members and a paid staff frequently adding new reports.

Rod Beckwith adds, "Many new additions are in the works for Butterfly Reports to make it even easier to distribute e-reports."

·    Built-in report promotion system to spread reports on sites throughout the Web.
·    Sitemap for the marketplace to encourage search engines, such as Google, to index reports into search results.
·    "New Reports" section to make site owners aware of the latest and most relevant content they can add to their sites.
Other features are currently in "Stealth development mode."
