New Concur Connect Integrated Solution allows for complete visibility into BYOD, Individual Liable, and Corporate Liable mobile expenses

"You can’t manage what you can’t see – and now with Visage Mobility Connect our clients can have visibility into their BYOD and corporate mobile spending" - Barry Padgett, Concur

Visage, the SaaS enterprise mobility management (EMM) solution announced the release of their “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) mobility expense management solution with tight integration with the Concur T&E Cloud.

Initially announced in May, 2012, the now available Visage/Concur integration, dubbed Visage Mobility Connect, provides the first-ever combined visibility into a company’s entire mobile spend whether paid by the employee or the company – enabling smarter deployment of BYOD strategies in the enterprise. Companies are now able to accurately track employee paid phone bills and company paid phone bills all with ease in one place.

According to Forrester, BYOD is now the norm in workplaces and 48 percent of employees choose their phone without even considering what their company supports. This innovation from Visage and Concur solves a significant management challenge of tracking the real costs of BYOD programs that has emerged for businesses in the wake of the consumer-driven BYOD trend.

Concur says the new solution will be a welcome addition to its expanding ecosystem of innovative apps being built by solution providers and travel suppliers and made available through the Concur T&E Cloud.

“This is a critical and in-demand addition to our T&E Cloud that allows our clients to take control of their mobility spend. You can’t manage what you can’t see – and now with Visage Mobility Connect our clients can have visibility into their BYOD and corporate mobile spending to optimize their mobility program,” said Barry Padgett, Executive Vice President, Concur Traveler Services.

Visage concurs with Concur.

“Organizations have found it nearly impossible to understand the true cost of their mobile strategies - especially BYOD programs,” said Jim Kiles, Vice President, Business Development, Visage. “With Visage Mobility Connect, we look forward to working with Concur to help enterprises solve this growing and significant mobility management challenge.”
