Integrated Research announces the results of its global satisfaction survey for PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor.

In line with its continuous improvement policy, Integrated Research asked customers to rate their experience with PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor in terms of ease of download, installation, configuration, and usability.

While the results clearly demonstrate that PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor users are satisfied with the product and would recommend it to their friends or colleagues, the makers of PROGNOSIS are not complacent.

Andre Cuenin, Global President of Sales, said “We want our customers to know we are listening. Their feedback has a direct influence on future roadmaps.”

Over 85% of respondents rated the download and installation process as good or very good, while nearly 88% rated the configuration as good or very good. In terms of usability, 82% of users who responded rated PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor as good or very good.

Product Features Focus
The survey also revealed some areas for improvement in the future. The majority of respondents rated Historical reports as satisfactory; however, 12% felt there could be some improvement in historical reports in the basic product when they became aware of the additional functionality in the premium PROGNOSIS product. Voice quality information and PBX information rated highly with 88% and 85% respectively being satisfied or very satisfied. Of the users who responded, 77% found the Device information satisfactory or very satisfactory and 57% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with device worksheets.    

Respondents were also asked about the features they would like to see in PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor. Customizable, longer-term, historical reporting and additional alarming capabilities were the most commonly recommended features. These features are available in the premium IP Telephony Manager application.

For years, our clients have told us that our VoIP Monitoring solutions are critical to their VoIP communications success so it was nice to see a survey that objectively quantified the users’ opinions.”
