Under this new role, Ms. Ludlow will provide sales strategy, sales training and support for Pipeline’s expanding team of private club sales and marketing professionals, and will also serve to bolster Pipeline’s membership marketing and business development efforts within the private club sector.
Ms. Ludlow has over a decade of private club marketing and sales experience, and a proven track record of success in membership marketing and catering event sales. Over the past ten years, she has worked at several of Southern California’s leading country clubs, including Marbella Country Club, Dove Canyon Country Club, and Glendora Country Club where she designed and implemented innovative marketing strategies that resulted in record-breaking membership matriculation and catering event sales. Ms. Ludlow was named “Event Salesperson of the Year” in 2008 and “Membership Marketing Innovator of the Year” in 2010 and 2011 by American Golf.
In addition to her private club marketing and sales expertise, Ms. Ludlow has also designed and implemented numerous sales and customer service training programs for several of the world’s top hospitality and real estate brands, including the Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Intercontinental Hotel Group, MGM Resorts International, and CB Richard Ellis. Ms. Ludlow is professionally accredited as a Certified Hospitality Sales Executive and she holds a Business Management degree from Point Loma Nazarene University, where she was also a three time All-American athlete and Hall of Fame inductee.
