Walter Ledda Joins Marketing Committee for Pacific Symphony

"I may be a businessman but my life has always revolved around music,” says Walter Ledda. "I look forward to helping the Pacific Symphony further blossom and expand its already impressive reach."

Walter Ledda, CEO and chairman of Morgan Drexen Integrated Systems (,has been appointed to serve on the marketing committee of Pacific Symphony in Orange County, CA. In his capacity, Ledda will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the award-winning Symphony. A classically-trained concert violinist, Ledda is thrilled to join such a prestigious and talented group.

“I may be a businessman but my life has always revolved around music,” says Ledda. “My parents were both passionate musicians who nurtured my love of the violin and classical music in general. I will bring this passion with me to the marketing committee of Pacific Symphony. I look forward to helping the Symphony further blossom and expand its already impressive reach.”

Ledda truly has music in his blood. His mother oversaw the Maria Ledda Conservatory of Music in Anaheim. His father operated a piano restoration business. Ledda began playing violin at a young age and was hooked. He believes Pacific Symphony, now in its 34th season, has the capacity to inspire young people throughout Orange County and beyond.

“Music is not owned, but is rather passed on from generation to generation. I think there is a unique opportunity for Pacific Symphony to reach young people and perhaps inspire a new wave of classical musicians.”

A shrewd marketer who has started several successful companies, Ledda also sees potential in targeting long-standing music patrons who long for the nostalgia conjured up by classical music. Officials with Pacific Symphony say they are excited to have Ledda on board.

“Walter Ledda will be a valued addition to our marketing committee,” says Pacific Symphony’s executive vice chairman Mike Kerr. “We look forward to learning from his marketing expertise as well as his deep musical knowledge.”

The Pacific Symphony is the largest orchestra formed in the United States in the last 40 years. Led by Music Director Carl St. Clair, the Symphony is widely recognized as an outstanding ensemble making strides on both the national and international scene, as well as in its own burgeoning cultural community. The Symphony has played a central role in the phenomenal growth of the performing arts in Orange County. Presenting more than 100 concerts a year and a rich array of education and community programs, the Symphony touches more than 275,000 Orange County residents—from school children to senior citizens.

Walter Ledda founded Morgan Drexen Integrated Systems in 2007. Based out of Costa Mesa, CA, the company provides advanced automation and paralegal support to law offices across the United States.
