The Exinda solutions have enabled Genting Casinos to manage and reduce traffic on its network and guarantee the performance of revenue-generating applications.

Following the evaluation process, Genting Casinos deployed the Exinda solutions across its entire network infrastructure for optimization of its online applications, service oriented environments, real time streaming and synchronization and other mission critical systems and applications. Among the customer-facing systems supported by the Exinda products is Genting Casinos’ loyalty program, which requires financial transactions to be conducted securely and seamlessly over the networks.
“Our systems must guarantee the synchronization and security of our loyalty card program, which enables our members to earn gaming loyalty points which they can redeem with affiliates or use as gaming points. The Exinda solution has also enabled Genting Casinos to access detailed reporting on its network, including monitoring in-house applications, mirroring and software-as-a-service (SAAS) applications as well as HTTP traffic in the network. By allowing Genting Casinos to prioritize its traffic, Exinda’s solutions have resulted in a 45% reduction in network traffic, and an 80% reduction in the Common Internet File System (CIFS), a common protocol that lets programs make requests for files and services on remote computers on the Internet.
