Stephen Wares, Vice President of Business Development for Nair & Co, is hosting a workshop on Opportunities & Risks of Investing in BRIC at the 15th Annual Private Equity Analyst Conference (PEAC) scheduled for September 16-17, 2008 at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City.

Presented by Dow Jones, this premier conference will bring together leading figures within the private equity industry and will explore key issues in institutional investing, buyouts, venture capital, fund raising, emerging markets and distressed investing. Wares in his workshop will highlight the risks and rewards for venture capitalists and private equity investors in the booming economies of India and China and the emerging markets of Brazil and Russia collectively referred to as "BRIC".

In 1999, Wares joined Nair & Co as an accountant and has spearheaded the company's growth as Vice President of Business Development since 2004. He oversees business development activities and teams including sales, marketing, promotions and public relations.

Prior to Nair & Co, he built up over a decade of experience in the service sector and corporate management. A graduate of the University of Wales-Cardiff, Wares speaks fluent Italian and English and has studied French, Spanish, Latin, Hebrew and Greek. Wares continues to guide Nair & Co clients as they set down their global footprint.
