Zenna to host “Mobilized Spaces” event at the San Francisco conference

As mobile devices become the life-navigation tools for the masses, public places like malls, museums, gyms, restaurants and of course, retail stores, are essentially becoming intelligent mobile environments that engage users.

It was announced today that Warren Zenna, Managing Director, Digital/Mobile Practice for Woods, Witt, Dealy & Sons, will be the keynote speaker on Mobile Marketing Innovations at the EmMeCon Emerging Media Conference ®. The third-annual social media event will take place at the Sofitel hotel in San Francisco on January 28th -31st.

Mr. Zenna will lead a session at the conference focused on “Mobilized Spaces.” He will discuss the emerging development of mobile communications in public spaces – and how the ubiquity of mobile technologies continues to provide consumers, retailers, municipalities, corporations and institutions with a new information-sharing infrastructure.

“I’m delighted to have the opportunity to share my knowledge about this emerging space,” said Mr. Zenna. “As mobile devices become the life-navigation tools for the masses, public places like malls, museums, gyms, restaurants and of course, retail stores, are essentially becoming intelligent mobile environments that engage users, enable them share information, provide and enhance services and respond to individual needs.”

As Harry Woods, Partner at Woods Witt Dealy, notes, “We truly believe that mobile is the modern equivalent to the radio or the television, and the platform has changed everything from a marketing and consumer perspective. Mobile has put the world literally at the consumer’s fingertip”.
